How do I edit or cancel recurring donations?

Newman’s Own Foundation uses a platform called GiveButter to accept donations.

You can edit or cancel your recurring donation through Givebutter at any time. Changes will apply to future payments only and will not affect payments that have already been processed. The easiest way to edit is to click the management link at the bottom of any Givebutter receipt in your email. Please view instructions for editing or cancelling your donations here.

What is your donation refund policy?

Newman’s Own Foundation is grateful for your donation and support of our mission.

If you have made an error in making your donation, please contact us at hello@newmansown.org. Newman’s Own Foundation will consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the donation.

Refunds are made using the original method of payment. Newman’s Own Foundation may ask for proof of identity before issuing a refund. You are responsible for any and all tax considerations that may arise if your donation is refunded.
